The Wedding Rabbit is a coordination, planning and design duo, specializing in weddings and intimate events. The team is comprised of Kelly and Tyler; a married team living in Richmond, Virginia. They strive to make everyone around them feel happy, welcome, and included. Nothing is more important to them than putting a smile on the faces of their friends, both old and new.

Lead Coordinator
Kelly is known for her exceptional skills in budgeting, creating a smooth flow to your event, paying meticulous attention to detail, and gracefully handling unexpected twists that may arise. With a knack for delivering unique experiences, Kelly effortlessly brings her clients' visions to life, exceeding expectations at every turn. With Kelly at the helm, your event will be flawlessly executed, leaving you free to savor every moment!
Beyond her coordination expertise, Kelly finds joy in traveling, gardening, spending time with her husband (and co-coordinator), Tyler, and hosting gatherings with friends. Her love for their dog, Obi Wan, adds an extra touch of happiness to her life.
about TYLER
Co-Coordinator
You will often find Tyler commanding wedding rehearsals, setting up your event, lining up wedding parties, and guiding guests throughout the event. As a master of coordination and problem-solving, Tyler facilitates The Wedding Rabbit’s goal of a smooth flowing day with flawless execution. With experience in custom mensware, he is always happy to assist in attire suggestions and any needed day-of adjustments.
Tyler shares Kelly’s passions for traveling, hosting events with friends and the love for their dog, Obi Wan. He is an avid star wars fan, a master Pizzaiolo, and loves playing golf; no matter what weather!
