We had such a wonderful experience working with The Wedding Rabbit and our wedding went absolutely perfectly. 

Our wedding had a lot of moving parts (an early ceremony time, separate getting ready location, cathedral ceremony, separate reception venue/bus transportation for guests). We also had lots of different vendors, like caricature artists and a small band during cocktail hour, and floral deliveries to multiple locations. Kelly handled all the contracts and coordination with different vendors, set up the reception space, and managed all the odds and ends! The day was legitimately perfect, and we know this would not have been possible without her help! It was the best investment for our wedding and took so much stress out of the process, especially on the day of the wedding! The last thing I wanted to worry about on my wedding morning was if the cake was delivered on time or if the DJ had the right power cords. Kelly is also a wonderful person and did an excellent job of managing the different family dynamics that come with weddings. 5 stars, 10/10, would refer a friend - book The Wedding Rabbit while you can!

You know the amazing feeling of getting wayyy more than you paid for? That's the feeling we get when we think of Kelly and her team. My wife and I can say with 100% certainty that out of all of our vendors and out of all the money invested into our big day- The Wedding Rabbit was whole heartedly our best money spent. Myself, my wife, and both of our families got to relax and get ready for the day knowing that everything including our decor and flowers were being set up with care. Kelly and her team are efficient, honest, hard working, and dedicated to help make the day exactly how you envisioned it. My Dad even called them "heroes". Hands down a phenomenal team.

With The Wedding Rabbit, we only have one regret. We wish we had engaged her earlier in the process. She could have saved us much more than she ever cost us in time, actual dollars, and stress. It’s a shame we won’t have the occasion to hire Kelly again, as we’re pretty sure this marriage is going to work out just fine, but if we could, we would. She’s the best. Kelly does three things extremely well:

  1. Stress management: A wedding, in my estimation, is a year long exercise in logistics. Kelly’s persistently sunny disposition and “get-shit-done” attitude meant that whatever curveballs we would throw, it felt like it could be done.

  2. Budget and priorities: It’s one thing to know your budget, but it's an entirely separate thing to know how to stay within said budget while still bringing your vision to life. Kelly was fantastic at keeping us in bounds - she knew which corners we could cut, which corners we couldn’t and how to prioritize the list so that when it came down to brass tacks, we knew what we had to do. Having her as an objective third party meant that the pre-marital bliss of wedding planning was less stressful than it would have otherwise been.

  3. Day of management: On our wedding day, it was enough for us to be where we had to be on time and looking right. Kelly made sure that the rest of the details were handled so that we didn’t have to. She frickin' nailed it. To be able to walk in to our venue prepared exactly as we had planned and not have to worry about the minutiae on the day of… you can’t really put a price on that.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect partner to help me plan my (small) wedding. From our first meeting, Kelly was professional and very easy to work with. She handled all of the details of the wedding, like decor planning, vendor communication and venue set up, allowing me to stress out about how I was going to entertain my family for 4 days :) We were in constant communication for the months leading up to the wedding and she was there for the day of, making sure the day ran smoothly. I honestly don't think my wedding day would have been as enjoyable if Kelly hadn't been the one there with me.


I hired Kelly, the wonderful Wedding Rabbit, as my day of coordinator, super last minute. She was my day of coordinator, but also my hero. She was extremely pleasant and enjoyable to be around and work with. Her attention to detail and aesthetics are uncanny! Kelly jumped right in and helped me in more ways than one. She understood how I wanted my venue styled, shooed away unnecessary stress for me and really helped tie up all the loose ends I needed to for my wedding. I don't know what I would have done without her. She is so lovely, personable, and helpful, yet assertive. She saved my day!
